3 Under $30, Welcome Back to Blogging

I guess I have been a little absent from the blogosphere recently, we’ll just call it a two week sabbatical.  So I am back and seem to have lots floating through my mind that I am eager to tap-tap out on this wonderful space.

One of the very exciting events in my absence was my little brother’s wedding!! Beautiful wedding and even more beautiful, beautiful new sister in-law!! Unfortunately, you will have to wait in suspense to see any pictures because I am: a) archaic and don’t have a smart phone, b) was just enjoying the moment and c) they had a photographer.

Starting easy, since I missed my October dose of 3 Under $30 and I am sure all fashion direction stood still because of it. Squeezing it in under the wire on the very last day of the month.

(Not a fashion tip, perhaps we will categorize this as lifestyle advice. You should not be trick-or-treating at my door if everyone in your group stands a foot taller than me and there are not little minions accompanying you.)

Black Denim! Never did I think I would ever want to slip a pair on after being forced to wear them in junior high and high school as part of our dress code. I guess time heals all. Old Navy // 29.50

Comfy and cozy tees and tunics. Easy wear for your weekend activities. Pair this with lounge pants and a scarf or dress up a bit with jeans and a necklace. Also a great layering piece for sweaters. ModCloth // 24.99

Glitz and Glam! As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder add a little sparkle to your wardrobe. This necklace will easily dress up your semi-casual look and also add the finishing touch to your holiday attire. Francesca’s // 28.00

Super cute finds! haha…love the trick or treat comment. We have Francesca’s in our downtown, they have such cute stuff. Also, I found the pretty floral skirt from last time at Target, it is on clearance now, so you might want to snag one. 😉
