everyday Ann

living the ordinary seeing the extraordinary

Welcome to the 30 club!

May 15, 2014

I have been 30 for only about 4 months, but over the past few weeks I feel like it has hit me like a ton of bricks.  Maybe it’s being a woman, maybe it’s hormonal, maybe it’s the 3-0.

Lately, I feel like making a list of life changing decisions.  Okay maybe not exactly life changing, but spur of the moment (well chopping off multiple inches of hair could potentially be life changing).

It’s not midlife crisis, but my husband did ask if I was going to buy a Harley.  Here’s to 30, last I heard it’s the new 20!

Sometimes you need to eat the cake and ice cream too!
Glad the weekend is upon us…

Turning 30 was rough for me, but now that I’m here, it feels so much younger than looking in from the outside.

LOL! I remember when you were freaking out because you turned 22. My Mom always said “you either get older or die”. So unless you have reached sainthood and you’re really excited about judgment day then getting older is much better than the alternative.
